About Our Client

Our client is a large hospitality enterprise.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain automated processes for campaign execution and audience segmentation using SQL and Python
  • Create dynamic and reusable segmentation models to target customers effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to define campaign requirements and deliver data solutions
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights into key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement)
  • Build dashboards and reports to visualize website & campaign performance and trends
  • Optimize workflows to improve website & campaign delivery speed and accuracy
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in data pipelines and campaign workflows
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in data analytics and campaign automation
  • Drive data transformation projects including AI Chatbot, CDP

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Management, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in customer data analytics and business insights
  • Skilled in SQL for managing large datasets and Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Experienced with tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Knowledgeable in ETL processes (eg Alteryx, Azure SQL etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, campaign analysis expertise, and an understanding of key marketing metrics
  • Capable of translating data into actionable recommendations and collaborating effectively
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), A/B testing, and basic machine learning concepts
  • Experience in Agile/ Hybrid project management is preferred
  • Good command in Chinese and English
