Job Description

As a Crypto Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing in new clients and leads globally or regionally that are interested in trading crypto
  • KPI: Account opening and new clients onboarded for the Crypto sales team
  • Driving the company's crypto strategy across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Monitoring and analyzing cryptocurrency market trends and regulatory landscape.
  • Identifying opportunities for new crypto products or services.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders on crypto-related issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the crypto market.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive crypto initiatives.
  • Developing and managing relationships with crypto partners and vendors.
  • Reporting on crypto operations and strategy performance to the leadership team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Crypto Sales Manager should have:

  • Profound knowledge in cryptocurrency market trends and regulatory landscape.
  • Experience in developing and implementing crypto strategies.
  • Sales experience with Crypto is a must
  • Superb communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of risk and compliance in the crypto market.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
