Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Trade Marketing & CRM Manager will play a critical role in elevating retail performance and customer lifetime value across Hong Kong.

Trade Marketing & Omni‑Channel Retail

  • Design and govern the omni‑channel promotion mechanism, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across offline and online channels.
  • Lead retail activation, including promotional calendars, in‑store communication, visual merchandising guidelines, and retail media planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Retail Operations teams to drive footfall, conversion, and basket size through effective trade programs.
  • Manage trade partners and agencies to ensure high‑quality execution of launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail events.
  • Oversee sample planning, usage, and forecasting to support new product launches and promotions.



CRM & Customer Engagement

  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy to strengthen acquisition, retention, and loyalty across the entire customer journey.
  • Lead system enhancement and data integration initiatives to improve CRM capability and reporting.
  • Leverage customer insights to design targeted programs such as loyalty tiers, birthday rewards, reactivation campaigns, and personalized communications.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs, continuously optimizing for higher repeat purchase rate, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with digital, retail, and e‑commerce teams to ensure seamless delivery across touchpoints.



Performance & Commercial Management

  • Track and analyze retail and CRM performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support trade and CRM budget planning to maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Provide actionable insights on competitors, retail trends, and customer behavior.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience in premium beauty, personal care, or retail, with strong exposure to CRM or trade marketing.
  • Deep understanding of Hong Kong's retail landscape, including department stores and online platforms.
  • Proven strength in omni‑channel promotions, in‑store execution, and CRM journey design.
  • Highly analytical, data‑driven, and comfortable using insights to shape strategy.
  • Collaborative, execution‑focused, and comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
