About Our Client
Our client is a global leading digital consulting agency that provides multi-tiered advisory and delivery service for a variety of industries. Their client types are highly diversified, from commercial industry to government sector and non-governmental organizations. Some of these advisory services cover digital strategy, business process alignment and revamp, as well as system design. They are currently looking for CRM manager with experience in Salesforce to join their team.
You are expected to understand the client's business needs to propose total solution to them. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce to lead a team of system analysts, business analysts and programmers to conduct business review, define road map and strategy for a variety of projects. You also act as a project manager to ensure project performance is up to standard and to perform ongoing review of program status; document program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, and successes to maintain program course.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in delivering CRM solutions, preferably with Salesforce platform. Aside from excellent communication and presentation skills, the ideal candidate should an excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. The successful candidate should demonstrate their ability in delivering quality work under tight project timeline and high endurance. Candidates with more experience will be considered Senior Manager.
