Job Description

  • Conduct thorough analysis of retail banking data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer experience, product offerings, and marketing strategies. Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings.
  • Utilize CRM tools and platforms to manage customer data, segment customers, and develop personalized marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
  • Optimize customer journeys and touchpoints to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Design and create visually compelling reports and dashboards to present data-driven insights to stakeholders. Use data visualization tools to effectively communicate complex information and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, execute, and evaluate targeted marketing campaigns for retail banking products and services.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Mathematics, and Information Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics and CRM within the retail banking industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  • Experience working with digital messaging technology (SFMC, AEM, eDM, SMS)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
