About Our Client
The hiring company is a long-established and well-known property developer in Hong Kong. In recent years, it has undergone transformation phase under newly appointed leaders.
The Manager is responsible for the deployment of the CRM and loyalty program, which includes the integration of websites, mobile app, and other marketing materials.
The design of customer journey and strategies in customer acquisition are also key aspects of the role. Other aspects of the job include collaboration with external partner in data analysis and program enhancement. This position will start as an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager in this newly created team.
The Successful Applicant
The qualified candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in marketing & communications, with direct experience in loyalty marketing within these years. Solid skills in project management and stakeholder relationship management are key success factors. The qualified candidate's resume should clearly state his/her experience in CRM and loyalty programs (including mobile app). Experience working in an agile environment will be an advantage.
To qualify, candidate should have a bachelor's degree and proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese is required) and English.
