About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing PropTech company that is expanding across APAC. They are an international team that is very entrepreneurial, driven and collaborative. They are now recruiting a Country Manager who will be their first employee in Hong Kong. Working with a dynamic team, you will lead the set up of the Hong Kong business.
Reporting to C-Level management, the Country Manager will be responsible for leading the setting up of the Hong Kong business. You will be leading business decisions for the Hong Kong market, defining market strategies, recruiting the Hong Kong team and generating new business. You will be developing strong partnerships with the real estate and government entities, identifying new business opportunities. You will be required to grow the company brand and presence in the market and to achieve company objectives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must be very entrepreneurial. You must have at least 10 years of experience, with a strong background in leadership and team management. You must have a strong B2B solution selling background in particularly with the real estate industry. You must be well-connected in the real estate industry and have strong connections with government authority. Candidates with technology industry background is preferred but not mandatory. The successful candidate must have a strong commercial track record and can demonstrate their previous experience in building a business. The candidate must speak Cantonese and English.
