We are looking for multiple headcounts for Corporate Paralegal positions within a US law firm. Solid relevant work experience is preferred, but candidates with IPO internship experience may also be considered.

About Our Client

We are hiring for some of the top tier US law firms in Hong Kong, with leading capital markets practices.

Job Description

We are hiring roles for both HK side IPO projects and US side IPO projects. The job duties will vary depending on the level of the role, however you will be required to conduct third-party due diligence, attend business trips, conduct verification, draft sections of the prospectus and ad hoc legal support work as required.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for candidates who have graduated from top law schools in Mainland China for their undergraduate, and ideally obtained a LLM/JD from a top law school in either Hong Kong or the US. It is preferred that the candidate has a few years of experience working as a Corporate Paralegal in an international law firm or leading PRC law firm. Fresh graduates may be considered, however it is essential they have handled IPO work in their internships. Native/near-native level of Mandarin and fluent English is required.
