About Our Client

This role will work directly under one Partner in a global law firm, specialising in US corporate transactions including US IPO, listing compliance, M&A and PE work.

Job Description

This role will work closely under a Partner in a close-knit team to support on various transactions, with a large focus on US IPO projects. You will be responsible for drafting of transaction documents, legal research on legal & regulatory frameworks, relevant filings to governing bodies, due diligence, legal memos/legal opinions and liaising with external parties.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have strong academic results from leading law schools. Prior corporate paralegal experience is preferred, however longer-term internships will also be considered if the experience is relevant. A high proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
