About Our Client

Our client is an international law firm, headquartered in the US. Their corporate team covers a mix of capital markets, corporate and commercial work.

Job Description

This role will work under the supervision of the Associates, with guidance from the Partners. You will work alongside 2 other paralegals to perform the following duties:

  • Due diligence and verification for IPO projects
  • Preparation of documents for the listing process
  • Liaising with external parties
  • Legal research where required
  • Assisting with simple drafting of commercial agreements

The Successful Applicant

It is preferred that the selected candidate has around 1 year of relevant corporate paralegal experience, however strong internship experience handling Hong Kong IPO work will also be considered. PCLL holders will have a strong advantage for this role. Native-fluent level of Chinese (Mandarin) is required, as well as fluent English.
