About Our Client

Our client is a reputable US law firm with a diversified corporate practice.

Job Description

This role will support the Partner in handling US IPO and securities work. In addition, you may be exposed to broader corporate work including M&A/PE/JV deals, as well as supporting on HK IPO work too.

The Successful Applicant

The required candidate must have strong corporate paralegal experience from a leading international law firm. Specifically, the candidate will be familiar with US IPO work. The candidate must demonstrate strong fluency in English and Mandarin, have a good academic background and have a proactive attitude.

What's on Offer

For candidates with a bar qualification, this role can offer a track to promotion after 1 year.
