About Our Client

Our client is an international law firm, headquartered in the US, with a strong corporate practice in Hong Kong. With multiple new IPO projects on hand, they are expanding the team by hiring a new Corporate Paralegal.

Job Description

Working under the supervision of lawyers, the Corporate Paralegal will support on transactions relating to Hong Kong IPO, M&A, Listed Compliance and other regulated transactions of listed companies. The Paralegal will be required to attend business trips, conduct due diligence, verification, assist with some drafting work, legal research and overall legal support.

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must have a background in law, with a minimum of 1 year experience working as a Corporate Paralegal. Whilst IPO experience is preferred, candidates with experience in M&A or listed compliance will also be considered. It is essential the candidate is business proficient in both English and Mandarin (including speaking, reading and writing).
