About Our Client
Our client is going to have an upcoming M&A project which requires this Corporate Finance Manager to close the deal. The suitable will have an attractive remuneration and benefits package.
Job Description
- Manage M&A deal projects including project timelines, research, financial valuation, due diligence, legal negotiations, relevant documentation, obtaining internal approvals etc.
- Work with key business unit leaders to review business performance and develop strategies for individual business units
- Perform due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory check
- Support group executives on results announcements, presentations and board meetings
- Work with different business units to drive post-deal integration projects
- Prepare listing documents and draft announcements and circulars
- Assess potential deals and conduct relevant research and due diligence
- Prepare, review and follow with proposals and transaction documents
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related disciplines
- Qualified member of CPA/CFA or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience of M&A or deal transaction from big 4 or in-house M&A function
- Strong financial analysis skills and good proficiency at financial modeling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work both independently and in a team
- Proactive, take ownership and accountability, drive for excellence and result driven
- Proficient in using MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of spoken Mandarin and written Chinese, as well as English and Cantonese
- Short notice or immediate availability is preferred
