China & Japan), Middle East, North Africa, and Europe.Job DescriptionThe Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and effectively communicating all matters related to investor relations. This role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with investors, brokers, financial institutions, media, and public relations agencies. The manager will organize and execute various investor activities and events, such as result briefings, conference calls, roadshows, site visits, and assist in annual and extraordinary general meetings. Preparing communication and presentation materials for interim and annual results, drafting internal memos for staff, global leaders, and stakeholders, as well as creating social media posts and press releases, are key tasks. Additionally, the manager will coordinate meetings with ESG groups and media, engage in cross-department collaborations for investor relations and public relations matters, and participate in events such as product launches and campaigns. Maintaining and updating the corporate website and LinkedIn account is also essential, alongside enhancing information disclosure, transparency, corporate image, and reputation. The role includes handling other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.The Successful ApplicantCandidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, business, communications, or related fields, with at least 10 years of experience in investor and public relations. Experience in media connections, launches, and press conferences is advantageous, as is experience working in multinational corporations, listed companies, or financial institutions. A sound understanding of financial reporting analysis and financial modeling is required, along with familiarity with various investment styles and investors. The ability to work independently is crucial, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
