Applicants will oversee the novation and renegotiation of IT contracts, including software, infrastructure, and IT services agreements, ensuring seamless transitions and favorable terms. Applicants should haves solid experience in vendor management, IT procurement, and project coordination with exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end novation and restructuring of IT contracts, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and service agreements.


  • Partner with Group IT Procurement to negotiate new terms and ensure compliance with strategic objectives.


  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.


  • Work closely with legal teams to ensure contract terms align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate seamless communication across cross-functional teams to drive project alignment and success.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in vendor management, with a strong track record at the Procurement Manager level.


  • Proven expertise in IT procurement, particularly in software, infrastructure, and IT services contracts.


  • Comprehensive understanding of contract law, negotiation strategies, and procurement processes.


  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess contract structures, identify risks, and recommend strategic solutions.


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


  • Familiarity with procurement tools and platforms such as GEP S2C is a plus.


  • Candidates with backgrounds in contract management, project management, or negotiation will also be considered if they demonstrate sufficient relevant experience.
