Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and translate insurance business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Support the development and enhancement of individual financial products.
  • Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare clear and concise user stories to guide development teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Solid background in insurance with hands-on experience in insurance products.
  • At least 2 years in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related IT role.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Comfortable working with SQL for data analysis and validation.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
