- Specialised in Insurance industry and be responsible for identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business
- Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond, which includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients
- Build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise Page Group's commercial performance
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you will have experience in sales, business development or account management within a large corporate or blue-chip multinational. You must be driven, motivated and results orientated with the ability to work within a tight knit sales team.
In addition to sourcing new business, you must also be able to account manage existing relationships with a view to increasing their current spend. The ability to partner with your clients and deliver a superior level of service will be the key to your success.
Open to candidates (HR, BD, Sales, Training) from insurance industry who would like to join an international platform as a full cycle consultant to take charge for both business development, account management.
