This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to contribute to the success of a leading company in Hong Kong. The role focuses on providing strategic HR support within the technical department.

Job Description

As a HRBP, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with engineering leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Providing guidance on workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Driving employee engagement activities and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Advising on performance management and succession planning.
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for the technical team.
  • Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Implementing HR projects and initiatives to support organizational growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • A background in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum of 15 years' relevant work experience.
  • Experience in supporting technical front line such as construction, property development, engineering, IT&T, logistics...etc is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
