Our client is an Investment Bank with a well-established private wealth management division. Currently, they are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their team to handle onboarding and AML duties.

Job Description

  • Evaluate high-risk and complex Private Wealth Management (client profiles during onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger events, ensuring alignment with AML/CFT regulations, laws, rules, and firm policies
  • Verifying the source of wealth as corroborated by the Business
  • Offer AML-related advice and guidance to Asia PWM business units and relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teams such as Front Office, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to address AML/CFT matters
  • Prepare and deliver regular management information reports to senior management



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in onboarding, Compliance, or as an AML Specialist
  • Professional certifications like ACAMS is advantageous
  • Prior experience within the PWM industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication in both English and Chinese
