About Our Client
Our client is a HK listed company and they now seek a solid C&B Manager to join their Hong Kong operations.
Reporting to the Head of C&B, you will lead the C&B team and play a major role in developing and managing C&B initiatives , projects and HR Shared Services in Hong Kong. You will recommend and implement a competitive C&B structure that reflects local needs whilst supporting the business stakeholders by providing your HR expertise and advice in the day to day HR matters. You will also be involved in the alignment of corporate C&B policies, processes & systems, performance management and salary budgeting programs. The team provide payroll services for the company, and they use Peoplesoft system.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 8-10 years of human resources experience with a focus in C&B management and HR Shared services. A background in sizable companies supporting both frontline and back office structure will be highly sought after (such as customer services, technical services, engineering, sales, F&B, manufacturing...etc) . You will possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills and be able to win the respect of internal stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and an outgoing and flexible personality will be a great fit to the company.
