Job Description

  • Consolidate and analyzes data for strategic planning
  • Prepare regular reports including engagement survey and turnover report
  • Support HR projects like staff benefits, budgeting and annual review
  • Coordinate with vendors and HRIS team for system improvement
  • Solve internal system or other HR-related enquiries
  • Maintain HRIS and system update

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in sizable firms
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS, preferably Workday
  • Flexible, down-to-earth, team-oriented with strong multitasking and coordination skills
