About Our Client
Our client is a prestigious bilingual private school that offers IB programs.
The Communications Manager will handle internal and external communications and manage correspondence to parents, teachers, stakeholders, and the general public. The person will be in charge of a high volume of written content across the school, including writing, editing and publishing communiques for a wide range of stakeholders. Deliverable of this position include newsletters, presentations, line-to-takes, formal announcements, and emails. The Senior Manager also needs to ensure the materials are well-written and well-translated in both English and Chinese.
The Communications Manager will handle special events with the goal to enhance the school's brand image. He/She will also assist the senior management team in the implementation of brand strategies.
The Successful Applicant
The qualified candidate should have bachelor's or master's degree in communications or related fields and a minimum of 7 years of experience in Editing/Writing. Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English, with Chinese being a priority for this role, is very important to satisfy the high expectations of audience. Excellent skills in interpersonal communications, project management, as well as stakeholder management are highly valued.
