The team is expanding and now seeks a Communications Manager (Alumni Affairs) focused on alumni affairs to elevate engagement strategy, storytelling, and program delivery.

Job Description

As Communications Manager, Alumni Affairs, you will be a key driver of alumni engagement-planning, producing, and coordinating programs, events, and communications that nurture a lifelong relationship between alumni and the school. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage alumni engagement initiatives (events, programs, communications) that build long‑term affinity and support community goals.
  • Create clear, compelling content across owned channels (e.g., newsletters, social posts, web updates) and craft event‑related communications to maximize participation and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the Alumni Association to align messaging, calendars, and campaigns.
  • Track and report engagement outcomes; use insights to refine communication plans and future initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, communications, or event management; experience working in an international school environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and long‑lasting relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Bilingual communication skills (written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Excellent organizational and project‑management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in cross‑functional teams.
