Job Description

As a Commercial Associate 2+, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing legal advice to clients in the professional services industry.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Collaborating with different departments to ensure legal compliance.
  • Managing a diverse workload and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest legal developments in the legal industry.
  • Assisting in the development of legal guidelines and procedures.
  • Participating in client meetings and business development initiatives.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to professional ethics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Associate 2+ should have:

  • A law degree from an accredited university.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a leading Hong Kong firm and be admitted in Hong Kong.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • A solid understanding of commercial law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A client-oriented approach and excellent problem-solving abilities.
