Our client is a global alcohol and spirits company with a strong portfolio. They are hiring a Commercial Manager to join their regional team based in Hong Kong.

Job Description

As a Commercial Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and grow the business for Taiwan, Singapore and South Korea markets.
  • Formulating and implementing sales and marketing plans.
  • Setting and monitoring performance against budgets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing market research and industry trends in your markets.
  • Providing sales forecasts and reports to the senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within the alcohol and spirits industry.
  • Previous experience in a regional is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates with local experience with a keen interest to develop further in a regional role will be considered but must come with a high learning agility, strong entrepreneurial spirit and a great strategic mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong data analysis abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Proactive and independent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English is required.
