About Our Client
A leading energy/utility company with a leading presence in the APAC region.
This position will be responsible for negotiating the commercial terms for the company's new projects. Many of the projects are deployed under joint venture, partnership, merger, or acquisition arrangements. Hence, the Commercial Manager will conduct commercial modelling for new products and service and help turning business leads into contract and terms.
The Successful Applicant
The qualified candidate should have a university degree in business related subjects and a minimum of five years of commercial experience (project development, risk analysis, liabilities, and business cases). Experiences in commercial modelling, contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, are important. Strategic thinking and a strong numerical sense are essential for this role
