Job Description

As a Commercial Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability
  • Conduct pricing analysis, cost modeling, and margin assessments
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour
  • Provide commercial insights to support business and growth strategies
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and legal teams on commercial matters

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience; candidates from Big 4 consulting firms are welcome.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, pricing models, and financial analysis
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
