Our client is currently recruiting a Clinical Consultant to drive patient growth with good clinical outcomes. The focus is to ensure routine patient utilization, account development, patient support and customer training for their product line. The duties include Provide excellence and thorough clinical expertise and onsite support for product implanting centers, including appropriate patient selection, pre-implant consideration, clinical support during the procedure, ICU/CCU support, patient management and best-practice consultation to facilitate procedural consistency and optimal outcomes, Develop and manage training processes, including assessment and certification, to track required training and status of hospital members and distributor members who are engaged in patient care and support; Develop sustainable direct relationships with key opinion leaders and influential personnel, establishing or elevating partnerships, to develop awareness and acceptance of the therapy as standard-of-care. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders (IC, CTS, HF, ICU) to understand and identify local dynamics and to address barriers of adoption. You also need to liaise with sales counterpart and document results of each trip.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have demonstrable expertise as being a clinical consultant in medical (cardiac) industry, Critical Care RN / Perfusionist / Cardiac Operating Theatre/ Intensivist / ECMO / Mechanical Circulatory Support preferred are preferred. A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in clinical setting such as Cath lab, operating theatre, critical care and intensive care unit settings with 2+ year industry experience is required, Degree in critical/intensive care, perfusion, nursing will be needed. As a clinical consultant, you must have excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. Proven Track Record of selling and building relationship with Interventional Cardiologists, CT Surgeon, Intensivist, Heart Failure Specialists in aligned geography are highly desirable. Occasional standby is expected.
