About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Hong Kong bank that serves for over 3.5 million customers for with over 80 years of history, it mainly provides services in commercial banking, wealth management and professional compliance banking matter for individuals and companies. The department is currently looking for a Client Support Services (RO/ RA) to handle trust client CDD documents, arrange billing and maintains of BVI and Cayman companies.

Job Description



  • Collect and meticulously record Client Due Diligence documentation.


  • Facilitate the incorporation of BVI and/or Cayman companies.


  • File documents and resolutions for the dissolution of BVI and/or Cayman companies with the relevant authorities.


  • Prepare certificates of incumbency, requests for certificates of good standing, and Virgin report requests.


  • Assist with the seamless transfer of companies in and out.


  • Produce annual returns for Cayman companies.


  • Maintain the NAV database, ensuring accurate corporate and client details.


  • Arrange documents for secure storage and retrieval from safe custody.


  • Ensure all billing and invoicing is undertaken promptly, unless relevant approval has been obtained.


  • Adhere to all established billing procedures.


  • Thoroughly review reports and invoices before distribution, investigating and resolving any issues identified.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree holder in business administration or relevant course
  • Relevant of working experience in corporate governance, RORA and trustee services field
  • Excellent skills with attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese/ Putonghua
