Our client is an Investment Bank with global presence. Currently, they are looking for a Client Services/Onboarding Analyst to join their team.

Job Description

  • Work closely with Sales to prioritize client onboarding requests
  • Manage end-to-end documentation and account opening processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Credit Risk Management, Counterparty Risk, and Operations
  • Provide clear and regular updates to Sales and clients on onboarding progress
  • Act as the first point of escalation for any issues or delays during onboarding, supporting both clients and internal stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Finance, Business, Law)
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in pre-trade or client onboarding functions within financial services
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin, or Cantonese language skills are highly desirable
