Job Description

  • Act as a key liaison between clients and laboratory partners, ensuring smooth coordination, partnership and service delivery
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable lab partners for collaboration
  • Support clients in navigating lab-related services, systems, and operational processes
  • Assist with documentation, service bookings, quotation, and troubleshooting client issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve work-flows, system implementation and enhance client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support decision-making
  • Handle ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Life Sciences, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in client support / customer engagement / bio-medical / lab-related job settings
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Familiarity with lab systems (e.g. LIMS), ISO standards, or SOP documentation is a plus
