Our client is a well-known Investment Bank with global operations. Currently, they are looking for a Trainee to join their PWM team in client services such as KYC and Account Opening etc. Candidates with prior banking experience would be a plus.

Our client is a well-known Investment Bank with global operations. Currently, they are looking for a Trainee to join their PWM team in client services such as KYC and Account Opening etc.

Candidates with prior banking experience would be a plus.

Job Description

  • Assisting Relationship Managers in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Managing account openings and ensuring compliance with KYC documentation.
  • Executing client orders for global securities transactions.
  • Addressing client inquiries and providing timely assistance.
  • Capturing, monitoring, and preparing reports for management to identify business risk trends.
  • Collaborating closely with various Product Desks to gain valuable insights.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Over 2 years of experience in financial services, especially in client-facing roles.
  • Proficient in English; fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is preferred.
  • Comfortable with numbers, analytics, and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive team player with a strong interest in private banking.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
