Job Description

As the Client Relationship & Business Development Manager, you will be the key connector between clients and multidisciplinary teams, building trust and translating client needs into meaningful project engagements. You will lead client conversations, identify new opportunities, and nurture long-term relationships across the Greater Bay Area. This role involves supporting proposals, presentations, and internal collaboration to align client expectations with design, strategy, and delivery expertise. You will also represent the brand at industry events and strengthen its presence in the professional community.

The Successful Applicant

You have strong experience in client-facing roles within professional services such as architecture, engineering, consulting, or real estate. You are confident, personable, and commercially aware, with excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. A collaborative mindset, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple interactions are essential. Familiarity with digital tools and openness to innovation will set you apart.
