Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsExcellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and KoreanHybrid working environmentAbout Our ClientOur client, an leading market player in travel industry is looking for a Senior Client Operation Supervisor to lead the customer service team will manage B2B client operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.Job DescriptionSupport the efficient and effective setup and ongoing administration of B2B accounts.Independently lead and manage day-to-day operational activities, delivering excellent service to B2B clients throughout the entire client life cycle.Collaborate closely with the Business Development team, maintaining strong relationships with clients, depart partners, and global counterparts.Coordinate end‑to‑end on-boarding of new programs by configuring required details in the back‑office system, ensuring alignment with client agreements, and performing comprehensive testing prior to go‑live.Identify, analyse, and resolve operational issues for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth program execution.Interpret contractual agreements, ensure full adherence, and monitor compliance with contractual obligations.Meet operational SLA targets in a fast-paced and time‑sensitive environment.Acquire and maintain deep expertise in all operational, system, contractual, and financial aspects of B2B accounts.Support Management by preparing and providing detailed operational insights for B2B accounts.Manage complaints and disputes, including investigation, processing, documentation, and reporting.Prepare weekly/monthly reports and customise system-generated reports to meet specific client requirements.The Successful ApplicantDegree in Business Administration or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and client administration, preferably with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
