Job Description



  • Support the efficient and effective setup and ongoing administration of B2B accounts.


  • Independently lead and manage day-to-day operational activities, delivering excellent service to B2B clients throughout the entire client life cycle.


  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team, maintaining strong relationships with clients, depart partners, and global counterparts.


  • Coordinate end‑to‑end on-boarding of new programs by configuring required details in the back‑office system, ensuring alignment with client agreements, and performing comprehensive testing prior to go‑live.


  • Identify, analyse, and resolve operational issues for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth program execution.


  • Interpret contractual agreements, ensure full adherence, and monitor compliance with contractual obligations.


  • Meet operational SLA targets in a fast-paced and time‑sensitive environment.


  • Acquire and maintain deep expertise in all operational, system, contractual, and financial aspects of B2B accounts.


  • Support Management by preparing and providing detailed operational insights for B2B accounts.


  • Manage complaints and disputes, including investigation, processing, documentation, and reporting.


  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and customise system-generated reports to meet specific client requirements.


The Successful Applicant



  • Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and client administration, preferably with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in project management is an advantage.


  • Excellent project management skills.


  • Experience in account management or sales support/administration, preferably within the banking or finance sector.


  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.


  • Assertive, proactive, methodical, detail‑oriented, and highly organised in work processes.


  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Korean (TOPIK Level 5 preferred).
