About Our Client

Our client is a well-known established US investment bank that provides wealth and investment services for more than 400 years of history in over 40 countries. They are currently looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to be responsible for client onboarding, risk management, operations support for commercial Institutional Securities, Derivatives Clearing and Prime Brokerage business.

Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business units and clients, addressing operational issues throughout the onboarding cycle.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, manage onboarding documentation, and negotiate agreements.
  • Foster and strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional levels of service.
  • Effectively navigate with the organization, collaborating with different divisions to provide timely and accurate issue resolution, which may involve engaging with senior stakeholders in Operations and the business unit.
  • Partner with other onboarding teams to identify key issues, trends, and efficiency opportunities to enhance the overall onboarding process for clients and business units.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts and contribute to global initiatives and discussions related to client projects or change initiatives.
  • Identify operational efficiency and commercial opportunities for clients and the business.
  • Work with IT to develop, test, and implement new reporting and technology requirements.
  • Assist with stakeholder reporting, meetings, and communication.
  • Handle various administrative duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years of working experience in client onboarding, KYC field within investment banking industry
  • Experience in OTC clearing and listed derivatives is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chine
