Our client is one of the largest US investment banks that mainly provides investment and wealth management services. The department is currently looking for a Client onboarding analyst to handle client onboarding process for private wealth management client. The successful candidate should have 2+ years of working experience with focus in onboarding field within private banking sector.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-known established US investment bank that provides wealth and investment services for more than 400 years of history in over 40 countries. They are currently looking for a client onboarding Analyst to be responsible for client onboarding process for private wealth management clients.

Job Description



  • Review a wide range of account opening and client documentation submitted by Sales, ensuring accuracy and completeness per the Bank's compliance and KYC requirements. Advise Sales on missing documents when necessary.


  • Handle various documents, including client identification, contractual agreements, account application forms, investment profile questionnaires, tax forms, and others.


  • Assist in reviewing clients' source of wealth profiles and background checks to corroborate Source of Wealth (SOW) and substantiate Net Worth (NW).


  • Ensure accurate data entry and document uploads into the onboarding system.


  • Liaise with Sales and relevant stakeholders regarding missing documentation and inconsistencies in client profiles and the onboarding system.


  • Track and follow up on outstanding documents and issues post-onboarding before their expiry date.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • 2+ years of working experience in KYC/CDD field under private banking sector
  • Good knowldege in SOW/ documentation review is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
