About Our Client
My client is the top construction material company with long presence in China market
1. Strategies, integrate and implement strategic sales planning in Asia Market.
2. Implement business strategies that address current and future market demands. Guide, drive and lead sales team to meet or exceed targets.
3. Work with Marketing team to oversee business development and sales plans.
4. Ensure excellent customer relations are established and maintained.
5. Work with senior executives inside and outside the company.
6. Lead, grow, and oversee the development of employees.
7. Develop, review, analyze and evaluate financial and performance data.
8. Coach, train and develop people and enhance competence of team members.
9. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
The Successful Applicant
1. At least 15 years working experience, preferably with a multinational company, in the building materials/ construction industry.
2. Highly-motivated, self-driven, proven achiever with track record in value selling strategy and execution.
3. Proven track record in implementing successful strategic programs to generate sales and develop new businesses.
4. Strong leadership, team building/management and motivational skills.
5. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment-a creative thinker.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English;
7. Be adaptable for business travel frequently
