The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have been a CEO before and the driver for sales for an early stage hardware company, or they will be a senior sales executive who has had a key impact on the sales growth in the same type of company and is now ready for the next step in their career.
- Senior leadership experience coming from commercial background, preferably in the automotive or B2B industrial sector / with experience dealing with major OEMs
- Experience of building up new business from early stage e.g.: from prototype to scale revenue
- Demonstrable network within the venture capital community
- Cultural fit: entrepreneurial, driven and passionate
- Preferably with a technical background (Electrical Engineering or equivalent) or at the least an ability to digest, discuss, understand and explain technical information
