Job Description

As a Japanese Speaking Chief of Staff role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage strategic partnerships that align with the family office's values and long-term vision.
  • Facilitate collaboration with non-profit organizations, funders, and business partners, particularly in Japan, Hong Kong, and the US.
  • Oversee key projects and events, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with the family's goals.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks across internal teams and external stakeholders, including international venues.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the family office and its partners, maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Japanese Speaking Chief of Staff role should have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; experience with top-tier companies is highly valued.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in customer relations, VIP engagement, or partnership management.
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and strong command of English.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally through roles in university or community organizations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across cultures.
