Work autonomously while ensuring CEO expectations are readily met and exceeded.Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.Leads and develop teams across multiple locations and over various functions. Motivates and leads a high-performance operations team.Represents the firm with clients, investors, and business partners. Translate technical know how to commercial language; manage client relationships and optimize production capability tailoring to client's needsDemonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks and cascade down to operational levelFosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.The Successful Applicant5 or more years of experience in C-suite or equivalent leadership rolesExcellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
