You will be responsible for developing new channel partnerships, guiding partners through product value propositions, supporting daily sales operations, and ensuring all activities are accurately tracked through Salesforce. Collaboration will be integral as you work closely with sales executives, business development managers, inside sales, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive go‑to‑market execution. The role comes with accountability for all sales metrics and demands strong communication, technical understanding, and a results‑oriented mindset.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience in video security solution sales, customer‑facing roles, and account management. You possess strong communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, backed by proven achievements in meeting sales targets and building collaborative partner relationships. A solid technical acumen, the ability to articulate industry‑leading solutions, and excellent time‑management skills are essential. Experience in physical security and an established client network within the region are advantageous.
