Job Description

  • Spearhead the IPO process, navigating complex regulatory landscapes with ease.

  • Provide in-depth business insights, leveraging a deep understanding of overseas markets and cultures.

The Successful Applicant

  • A CFO with a distinguished background in investment banking and corporate finance, preferably with a CFO tenure that includes a successful U.S. stock market IPO.
  • Proven experience in heading financial operations in a multicultural, international business environment.
  • Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret global market trends and financial data.
  • An executive who can inspire and mentor a diverse finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • The flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as required.
