About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading professional service business globally which is owned by a famous PE firm. They are looking to aggressively expand the business in Mainland China. They are in the process of completing some major deals in China and is looking to bring in a CFO who can be a strong business partner with proven track record of leading integration or change management projects.
The CFO will act as a strong business partner to be fully accountable for the finance/accounting management including accounting, financial planning and analysis, cost review as well as account P&L analysis. He/she will lead the integration of the acquired business to improve financial/accounting process and standards, provide accurate forecast and analysis to the business team to facilitate business decisions. In the meantime, he/she will ensure the compliance both from finance and business process perspective, manage cash flow and advise on any potential risks/solutions to problems.
The Successful Applicant
The CFO will lead an existing team of around 10 people with potential to manage larger team after the acquisition. He/she is required to have strong people management and coaching skills. Excellent communication, problem solving skills as well as commercial sense is essential to the success of the role.
We are looking for someone at a similar level with a multinational company (with different branches in China) experience. Experience of leading integration/change management is a must.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
Passion, result driven, positive thinking as well as strategic view.
