About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading domestic players in TMT/Internet healthcare sector and they thrive through their open and creative business models with a lot of involvements to explore innovative business lines as well as strategic investments projects to build up a sustainable and profitable platform.
The role will work with the group CEO to develop business strategies and implement business growth plans to build up brand name, drive growth and profit.
The CFO will have full responsibilities in overall management of accounting, finance, M&A activities as well as interacting with investors to present business performance and strategies.
Some of the major tasks can involve:
partner with the business leaders by providing accurate budget, forecast as well as financial models for new business offerings;
able to identify major financial issues and come up with solutions;
lead investment or M&A projects and facilitate key business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and financial modelling;
deep understanding of business and raise questions/provide solutions in complicated situations;
think out of the box and strategic thinking;
able to work in a dynamic and fast changing business environment, embrace changes and welcome challenges.
The Successful Applicant
The right candidate must have worked in big companies in Internet/TMT/healthcare sector on a similar role with track record of success in driving M&A activities, managing funding and interacting with investors.
experience of working in a large domestic business is highly preferred.
exposure to investment banking/consulting firm/audit firm is a strong plus.
The candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English
