About Our Client

Our client is a leading international commercial group with a substantial global presence, seeking a skilled Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to join their dynamic HR team. This role will focus on the operational aspects of compensation and benefits management, ensuring the practices align with both local and APAC market standards.

Job Description

  • Oversee the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Manage MPF administration and taxation matters, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Conduct annual salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits offerings to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and optimize the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee data and reporting capabilities.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to address compensation-related inquiries and provide strategic guidance.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within commercial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, MPF regulations, and taxation in the APAC region.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
