Job Description

  • Administer the full cycle of payroll processing, including salary payments, tax calculations, and statutory contributions
  • Manage annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Handle work injury cases, including claims processing and coordination with insurance providers
  • Oversee the administration of medical, dental, and other employee benefits programs
  • Manage the organization's retirement schemes, including contributions, withdrawals, and compliance
  • Participate in industry compensation and benefits surveys to benchmark the company's practices against market trends
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment statistics, training effectiveness, and other relevant key performance indicators.
  • Analyze survey data and compile reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably in a mass-populated company
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, payroll regulations, and benefits administration
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and analyzing compensation and benefits data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with management and employees
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
