The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in supporting recruitment processes within the Human Resources department. This position in one of their headquarter offices offers an opportunity to contribute to the wider business.

Job Description

  • Supporting campus recruitment process in full cycle and coordinating with hiring to different business unit.
  • Arranging with internal business units, external vendors, recruitment related events according to request.
  • Handling with interview logistics, candidates contacting, CV screening, job ad posting, and document preparation.
  • Following up with employee's on/off boarding and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Responding to ad hoc duties and enquires from manager.
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Assist in the production of poster design, graduate marketing/advertisements in social media platforms and giveaways, etc
  • Monitoring and maintaining the recruitment database for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Human Resources Management / Communications / Marketing /Business or other relevant disciplines
  • A background in Human Resources or a related field and familiar with the Financial Services industry is an advantage
  • Customer oriented, detail minded and able to handle multi-tasks with good planning and organising skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and English and Chinese typing
  • Eager to learn and interact with candidates with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
