The Manager will also use his/her resource development skills and result-oriented mindset to broaden the donor database, enhance fundraising effectiveness, engage donors to explore new opportunities for donations, and carry out general administrative duties, including departmental management and staff supervision.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will hold a recognized university degree and have at least 8 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, public relations, or event management, including supervisory roles. They should possess a background in large-scale event management, particularly fundraising campaigns, and have an established social network within the commercial sector as a definite advantage. The candidate must be able to work independently on multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines, demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, and exhibit strong analytical and writing abilities.
