Job Description

Operational Leadership

Oversee and manage the end-to-end manufacturing operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in line with company standards and industry practices.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.
Manage and optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and supply chain logistics to meet customer demands and business goals.
Quality Assurance

Ensure that all products meet the quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements in both domestic and international markets.
Implement and monitor quality control processes, addressing any issues proactively to maintain a strong reputation for excellence.
Team Management

Lead and develop a high-performing plant operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management for team members to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Cost Control and Efficiency

Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and sustainable practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Business Development and International Collaboration

Collaborate with global teams to explore new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with international partners and clients.
Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and meetings to promote our products and services.
Technology and Innovation

Drive the adoption of advanced technologies and automation to improve production capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to ensure the plant remains at the forefront of manufacturing excellence.
Regulatory Compliance and Safety

Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations, including labor laws, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
Implement and maintain robust health and safety programs to protect employees and ensure a safe working environment.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management, with a proven track record in large-scale production facilities.
Strong understanding of home supplies manufacturing processes and industry trends.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in international business travel and collaboration, with fluency in English (mandarin is a plus).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Familiarity with ERP systems, lean manufacturing principles, and quality assurance frameworks.
