To cope with their business expansion, they are now expanding the Digital team, hiring multiple headcounts on Business Solution Analyst with focus on freight forwarding operations.Job Description- Work in a sizeable global team to understand and improve/ automate business process with aim to optimize productivity and minimize cost- Work with vendors to develop new solutions for global operations (e.g. AI for Invoice Automation, Chatbot for Internal Q&A, ERP workflow optimization, build additional services on Cargowise One to support our operations)- Serving 5000+ users worldwide, come up with "how" to deploy to the users, "how" could they get trained and be engaged etc.- Be accountable with the whole solution cycle - concept, design and development, testing and implementation, roll out, follow up, post-go life support.
